Results that repeat aren't luck. They're a system.
Every session at Fixed by KG runs on one — it's called the FIXED Method™, and it's the reason pain that kept coming back finally stops coming back. It was forged in the most demanding movement arena there is — competitive posing, where a body has to look effortless while doing something brutally hard — and it works the same way whether your stage is an actual stage, a squat rack, or a desk you sit at ten hours a day.
Here's what each letter means when it's your body on the table.
F — Free the Restriction. Nothing changes while tissue is locked down. The first move is releasing the physical restrictions — the bound-up fascia, the guarded muscle, the joint that stopped moving the way it should. This is the part most people think of as "the massage." At Fixed by KG it's step one, not the whole plan.
I — Isolate the Weak Link. Pain is loud, but it's usually not the problem — it's the complaint department. Somewhere upstream there's a weak or lazy link that forced everything else to compensate. Karen finds it. This is where the assessment you'll experience in your first session earns its keep.
X — Execute Pattern Correction. Once the restriction is free and the weak link is found, the faulty movement pattern gets corrected — the hip that hikes, the shoulder that shrugs into every press, the stride that never fully loads one side. This is the difference between feeling better for a weekend and moving better for a year.
E — Educate the Nervous System. Your body memorized the old pattern; it will happily go back. So the new pattern gets trained in — repetition, cueing, and load until the corrected movement is the automatic one. You're not just treated. You leave knowing how to keep it.
D — Drill the Pose. For competitors this is literal: mandatories, transitions, the walk — drilled until the corrected structure shows up under stage lights, which is the entire premise of Karen's book, Pose Perfect. For everyone else, your "pose" is whatever position your life demands most — your deadlift setup, your golf swing, your posture in hour nine at the desk. It gets drilled the same way, because a fix you can't hold isn't a fix.
Five letters, one through-line: find the real problem, correct it, and make the correction stick.
You've now seen the philosophy, the first session, and the system. The only step left is the one you take — book your fix.
